Typically, NAK will initially be tasked with growing the client’s presence online and increasing its relevance among its target audience, leading to more effective engagement and higher conversions from prospect to customer. Over time the mission will also focus on enhancing the client’s relationship with its customers.
To do this we might create the social media component of a brand campaign aimed at driving traffic to the client’s e-commerce website.
Or we might be building presence on other websites to drive traffic to our client’s where we’ll maybe also deliver user-driven content and personalisation to further improve user experience.
NAK’s e-Business Architect will develop a digital marketing strategy and campaigns that precisely fits each client’s specific – and unique – business proposition. And throughout we’ll be interrogating and measuring data against previously agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our campaigns continue to perform.
